Heat-treatment Iron Centrifugally Cast Tubes are utilized in various high temperature applications. Typically the service temperature ranges between 400 to 1300 degrees centigrade.
 
Heat-treatment Iron Centrifugally Cast Tubes are used as stressed components in many of these demanding environments.
 
Benefits of the centrifugal casting process;
1.Solidification happens at up to 120 times the gravitational acceleration, and consequently yields a highly compressed structure.
2.The process is gravity and pressure independent.
3.Mechanical properties substantially better as compared to static casting (can be compared with forged parts)
4.The Directional solidification of the casting, yielding a very uniform structure, free from inclusions and blow holes.
5.Practically any material can be cast ranging from low-alloy to iron-free
materials, e.g. Cr-Ni-Mo.
6.Diameter: 50mm - 500mm; Length: less than 400mm.
