The radiant tube heater refers to the heater used in the chemical heat treatment fuel furnace to isolate the combustion gas from the working chamber. The radiant tube generally uses gas fuel, and its material is heat-resistant steel by casting or welding. The shape of the radiant tube is various, there are U-shaped, W-shaped, trident-shaped, etc.; the most commonly used radiant tube is the U-shaped radiant tube. One end of the tube is equipped with a fuel nozzle, and the other end is equipped with an ejector. Aspirate combustion products.
①Because the combustion exhaust gas is not introduced into the furnace, the atmosphere in the furnace is easy to control and adjust;
② The temperature distribution in the furnace can be controlled according to the configuration of the radiant tube, and uniform heating can be achieved;
③ Due to the rapid heating and cooling, and the large adjustment range, more complicated temperature control and heating programming can be realized;
④ According to the type and purpose of the furnace, the form of radiant tube can be selected arbitrarily (such as straight tube type, sleeve type, U-shaped tube type, etc.);
⑤ It is convenient to install waste heat recovery device to improve thermal efficiency.
The temperature distribution on the wall of the radiant tube furnace is uniform, and the heat exchange effect is high; in the radiant tube furnace, the radiant tube furnace has a better combustion and service value when the space and heating medium flow rate are given. Change, the heat exchange efficiency in the radiant tube furnace has decreased, and the exhaust gas temperature has increased.
When the space in the radiant tube furnace and the burning load of heating are constant, the flow rate of the heat exchange medium water also has the best value, about 40L/h, and the heat exchange efficiency is better. Above or below this value, the heat exchange efficiency will decrease.
We also found that with the increase of the gas flow of the radiant tube furnace, the combustion situation in the furnace is obviously strengthened, and the high temperature zone formed by the flame becomes significantly longer and wider, which is conducive to heat exchange in the furnace and the improvement of thermal efficiency.
