In June 2018, the Israeli customer placed an order with us for a batch of 2.4879 Heat Treatment Furnace Fixture.

1.The products ordered this time include heat treatment base tray, material basket, rod and wire mesh, with a total of 300

pieces. The material is 2.4879 and 310s.

2.At the early stage, we had a long discussion with the customer about the size design of the heat treatment furnace

fixture. At last, the customer chose to use our existing molds for production. 2.4879 is the material with the highest alloy

content in heat-resistant steel, with excellent heat resistance.2.4879 is German standard number code (material number),

corresponding brand is: g-nicr28w, is a nickel-based superalloy.

Mechanical properties for2.4879 High Temperature Alloy Heat treatment Furnace Fixture：

Yield Strength: ≥542MPa;

Tensile Strength: ≥153MPa;

Impact: ≥11J;

Elongation: ≥30%;

Reduction in cross section on fracture: ≥42%;

As-Heat-Treated Condition: Solution and Aging, Annealing, Ausaging, Q+T,etc;

Brinell hardness: ≥324HB.

Application for 2.4879 ：upplied as steel plate/ sheet, round steel bar, steel tube/pipe, steel stripe, steel billet, steel ingot,

steel wire rods. electroslag, forged ring/ block,etc.

3.The production of the heat treatment furnace fixture is very smooth. After our test staff finished the test，it is loaded into

three wooden boxes respectively and shipped.
