Our Photos Chemical Reactor Lining Castings:
Chemical reactor lining castings Composition:
High alloy austenitic and duplex structure design with high Cr, Ni, Mo and Cu elements. Typical composition includes 18–26% Cr, 8–38% Ni, 2–4% Mo, 2–4% Cu, low carbon content to ensure intergranular corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability.
Features:
Excellent resistance to acid, alkali, salt, chloride and organic medium corrosion. High temperature resistance and stable performance under long-term reaction conditions. Uniform structure, no pores or shrinkage, ensuring sealing and safety. Good matching with reactor shell, strong impact resistance and fatigue resistance. Customizable segmented lining structure for easy installation and replacement.
Limitations:
Higher material cost for high-end nickel-based alloys. Complex shaped linings require precise casting and machining. Not suitable for ultra-strong oxidizing media without special alloy selection.
Applicable Scenarios:
Internal lining components of chemical reaction kettles, pressure reactors, synthesis reactors, polymerization reactors, corrosion-resistant lining plates, baffle linings, inlet and outlet linings in strong corrosive environments.
