Furnace Grate Castings Composition

Cr25Ni20: 0.20%-0.30% carbon content, 24%-26% chromium content, 19%-22% nickel content, austenitic heat-resistant alloy, applicable to 1000-1200℃; ZG40Cr25Ni20 (HK40): 0.35%-0.45% carbon content, 24%-26% chromium content, 19%-22% nickel content, high-temperature creep resistance, suitable for high-temperature furnace grates; Cr Mo Alloy Steel (ZG30Cr5Mo): 0.25%-0.35% carbon content, 4.0%-6.0% chromium content, 0.2%-0.8% molybdenum content, balanced high-temperature resistance and toughness; High Chromium Cast Iron (HC250): 2.0%-2.5% carbon content, 24%-26% chromium content, excellent wear resistance, suitable for low-temperature furnace grates with high wear.

Features

Excellent high-temperature resistance, able to work stably for a long time under 800-1200℃ high-temperature environment, no deformation or cracking under long-term high-temperature exposure. Strong wear resistance, able to withstand friction and wear from fuel (coal, biomass, waste) and ash during combustion. Good corrosion resistance, able to resist erosion from high-temperature flue gas, sulfur dioxide and other harmful gases. High creep resistance and thermal fatigue resistance, adapting to alternating high and low temperature working conditions of furnaces. Stable structure, after professional heat treatment, the internal structure is uniform, ensuring load-bearing capacity and service life. Customizable specifications and shapes, perfectly matching various industrial furnace models and installation requirements.

Limitations

High-temperature resistant materials (such as nickel-chromium alloy) have high production costs. Welding performance is poor, welding requires professional high-temperature welding technology and post-heat treatment to avoid cracking. High chromium cast iron models have low toughness, not suitable for high-impact working conditions. Long-term work in ultra-high temperature (exceeding 1200℃) will reduce service life.
