HC250: 2.0%-2.5% carbon content, 24%-26% chromium content, 0.5%-1.0% silicon content, 0.5%-1.0% manganese content, 0.3%-0.5% molybdenum content, with hard M7C3 carbide phase; HC260: 2.2%-2.8% carbon content, 25%-27% chromium content, 0.6%-1.2% silicon content, 0.6%-1.2% manganese content, 0.4%-0.6% molybdenum content, higher chromium content for enhanced wear resistance; Both are martensitic high chromium cast iron, with excellent wear resistance and certain toughness.

Super wear resistance, thanks to high chromium content and hard carbide (M7C3) distribution, surface hardness up to HB600-HB750 (HC250: HB600-HB700; HC260: HB650-HB750). Good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh working environments with high wear and moderate corrosion. Stable structure, after professional quenching and tempering treatment, the internal structure is uniform, reducing internal defects and improving product stability. HC250: Balanced wear resistance and toughness, suitable for medium-impact wear scenarios; HC260: Higher chromium content, better wear resistance, suitable for high-abrasion, low-impact scenarios. Precision casting ensures accurate dimensions, reducing post-processing workload and improving installation efficiency.

Toughness is lower than high manganese steel, not suitable for heavy-impact working conditions (easy to crack under strong impact). Higher production cost compared with ordinary cast iron and carbon steel. Welding performance is poor, welding requires professional preheating and post-heat treatment to avoid cracking. In low-abrasion, high-impact environments, the service life advantage is not obvious.
