40Cr: C 0.37-0.44%, Si 0.17-0.37%, Mn 0.50-0.80%, Cr 0.80-1.10%; 42CrMo: C 0.38-0.45%, Si 0.17-0.37%, Mn 0.50-0.80%, Cr 0.90-1.20%, Mo 0.15-0.25%; Q355: C ≤0.20%, Si ≤0.55%, Mn 1.00-1.60%; customized according to material grade and working condition requirements.

Features

Excellent high strength, tensile strength up to 800-1500MPa, strong load-bearing capacity, can withstand heavy-duty and high-pressure working conditions without deformation or fracture. Good toughness and impact resistance, able to adapt to frequent impact and vibration in heavy machinery operation. High precision and dimensional stability, strict control of machining tolerance, ensuring perfect matching with equipment installation. Superior wear resistance and corrosion resistance, after professional heat treatment and surface treatment, service life is extended by 2-4 times compared with ordinary cast and forged parts. Versatile customization, suitable for various specifications and models of heavy equipment, can be produced according to drawings and samples.

Limitations

High manufacturing cost, complex production process (forging + casting + heat treatment), long production cycle compared with ordinary parts. High requirements for raw materials and processing technology, requiring professional production equipment and technical team. Machinability is slightly poor for high-hardness materials, requiring special tools for drilling and cutting.
