The material of cylinder liners and end liners is wear-resisting chromium-molybdenum alloy steel.The hardness is HRC33-43（HB310-390）,the impact value is more than 60J.SAG Mill Liner is used to improve the service life and grinding effect.

The liner plates are fastened with oval head bolts, matched with self-locking nuts and sealing washers.The connecting bolts have special sealing measures to prevent leakage of slurry.

The joint of the end liners and the cylinder body is made of wear-resisting rubber filler strips, which are fixed by the adjacent liner plates.

The rubber liner between the cylinder and the cast steel liner plate is 6mm thick, which can reduce noise.
