On July 25, 2019, we received a project from an Indonesian customer. Customer wants V11 cobalt base alloy valve ball.
This kind of tungsten cobalt carbide ball is widely used in oil drilling, deep-sea drilling pump valve ball, ball seat, which is also one of the most critical parts in the pump. As oil drilling industry in the working environment and conditions more stringent, usually in sand drain, heavy oil Wells, high pressure resistance to drain Wells containing water, all kinds of gas, wax, some high corrosive substance, such as sand, need pump the oil from hundreds or even thousands of meters of formation is extracted, which requires the valve ball and seat should have good sealing, wear-resisting corrosion resistance.
