The wear-resistant steel plate is an alloy wear-resistant layer mainly composed of Cr7C3 carbides with a volume fraction of more than 50% formed by surfacing welding on ordinary steel plates, heat-resistant steel plates, and stainless steel plates.

Wear-resistant steel plate has the properties of high wear resistance, impact resistance, deformability and weldability. It can be directly processed into processing links such as crimping, cutting and punching like steel plates, and processed into engineering parts to meet the needs of wear-resistant industrial and mining operations.

When the material has moderate grindability (Slag Bond Index 20, Raw Material Bond Index 10, Coal Hastelloy Index 75, or 3g/t per ton consumption), the slag vertical grinding wear parts after surfacing welding are normal The running time reaches 1800 hours to 2000 hours, the running time of the wear-resistant parts of the coal vertical mill reaches more than 7000 hours, the running time of the raw material vertical mill wear-resistant parts reaches more than 7000 hours, and the running time of the cement clinker vertical mill wear-resistant parts reaches more than 2500 hours , The squeeze roller running time reaches 4000 hours (after online surfacing) to 8000 hours (after offline surfacing), it can be considered that the wear-resistant parts after surfacing meet the expected wear performance requirements.

For vertical mill wear-resistant parts with high chromium cast iron or nickel hard IV as the casting matrix, the surfacing layer shall not fall off within 3 months after the surfacing remanufacturing is completed and put into operation.
