High Temperature Haynes Cobalt Alloy Castings Squiggle Twigs Strong Stability 0

We produce High Temperature Superalloy Castings Parts with centrifugal cast process, investment process and resin sand cast process.
 

Due to its complex and harsh working environment, the surface integrity of high temperature alloy is very important for its performance.But high temperature alloy is a typical difficult-to-machine materials, microscopic strengthening of its high hardness, the degree of strain hardening, and it has high shear stress and low thermal conductivity, the cutting force of cutting area and cutting temperature is high, often occurs in the process of machining processing surface quality is low, the tool breakage is very serious.Under normal cutting conditions, the surface of high temperature alloy can produce the problems such as hardening layer, residual stress, white layer, black layer and grain deformation layer.
