We produce High Temperature Superalloy Castings Parts with centrifugal cast process, investment process and resin sand cast process.
Cobalt-based superalloy is cobalt as substrate, the cobalt content is about 60%, at the same time need to join the elements such as Cr, Ni to improve heat resistance properties of high temperature alloy, while the high temperature alloy heat resistant performance is good, but because of each country cobalt resources output is less, processing is difficult, so few dosage. Is usually used in high temperature condition (600 ~ 000 ℃) 1 and is longer than the time limit of complex stress by high temperature parts, such as aircraft engine blade, turbine, hot end components and aerospace engine combustion chamber, etc.In order to obtain better heat resistance performance, it is necessary to add elements such as W, MO, Ti, Al and Co in preparation to ensure its superior thermal resistance and fatigue resistance.
