Hayness188 High Temperature Cobalt Alloy Castings for Aerojet Engines EB9068
We produce High Temperature Superalloy Castings Parts with centrifugal cast process, investment process and resin sand cast process.
The typical grades of cobalt base high-temperature Alloy are :Hayness188, Haynes25(l-605),Alloy s-816,UMCo-50, mp-159, fsx-414, x-40, cobalt alloy6B, etc. China has the corresponding number :GH5188(GH188), GH159, GH605, K640, DZ40M, etc.
General cobalt-based superalloy lacks a coherent strengthening phase, while in low temperature strength (only 50-75% of nickel base alloy), but in the higher than 980 ℃,it has high strength, good thermal fatigue, thermal corrosion and abrasion resistance, and good weldability. It is suitable for making aviation jet engine, industrial gas turbine, ship gas turbine guide vane and nozzle guide vane and diesel nozzle, etc.
