Spun cast sleeves typically have much finer ASTM type D flakes throughout the bulk of the tube wall, with a small amount of type C or A flakes on the inside surface of the pipe.Pit cast iron parts typically has large ASTM type C flakes (ASTM, 1998)Type D graphite flakes in the spun cast grey iron tubes produce less initial plastic deformation than the larger type C flakes in the pit cast iron tube.
A permanent metal die has a cylindrical cavity for centrifugally casting hollow cylindrical bodies.It also has an insulating refractory coating on the inner surface. Then the coating has a relatively smooth inner surface and has cavities with generally circular openings at its inner surface and generally isolated from one another and extending into the body of the coating to form elongated thin spines of the metal on the outer surface of the casting.

3.We can do fully machining on the sleeve parts.
4.We adopt Centrifugal Cast process with higher efficiency to shortening the process time;
5.Production Process: centrifugal cast process + machining process
