Furnace Rollers
EB furnace rollers made from different materials,such as stainless steel,Ni-Cr Iron base heat-resistant steel,for heat treatment furnaces with service temperature up to 1600℃(2912°F).
EB’s furnace rollers are made for different heat treatment processes for steel, aluminium,Zinc Alloy and other metallic materials,which have been widely used in the following applications:
Quenching furnaces
Annealing furnaces
Carburizing furnaces
Galvanizing furnaces
Sintering furnaces
Hardening furnaces
Special Features:
1. We can make CrMo Steel Tube Castings with Centrifugal Cast Process.
2. We can supply finished CrMo Steel castings with machining process.
3. We can produce CrMo Steel castings as per international standards.
Production Process:Centrifugal Cast Process, including machining process.
Outstanding Features:
1. Resistance to high temperature: Up to 1600℃;
2.Resistance to deformation in carburizing,nitriding,neutral and oxidizing atmospheres
3.Maximizing heat flux
4.Shortening the process time
5.Longer service life and better installation effects because of more scientific process design

1100~1200℃: G-NiCr28W, 2.4879.
