 Laminated Wear Parts are a distinctive material in that they combine a hardened face of proprietary cast white iron with excellent wear resistant qualities (700 BHN – 63 HRc) with the workability of mild steel (Q235/equivalent) to create an outstanding product that is resistant to impact and abrasion while retaining ductile characteristics and eant.

Hyster is a casting expert with about 20 years foundry experience in China. We own two foundry plants, one is in Changsha, Hunan Province, with about 3000 sq.m. production area, the main duty is researching, welding, machining, testing and packing. The other one is in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province,  with about 2000 sq.,. production area, mainly to produce every kind of castings.

Hyster White Iron Wear Block(700BHN-63HRC)-- Range of products based on a composite white iron wear surface metallurgically bonded to a weldable mild steel backing plate. Wear block is fixed to the surface of fixed and mobile plant equipment, such as mining buckets and chutes, where protection from severe abrasion is required.

Hyster Overlay Wear Plates--Chromium carbide clad wear plate manufactured in HYSTER and marketed worldwide. Overlay plate is well suited to fixed and mobile plant equipment associated with the construction, mining and resource industries; particularly iron ore, coal, cement and steel applications.

Hyster NiHard--Abrasion and high impact resistant product. It is often cast into billets and liners and used extensively in the mining, construction and mineral processes industries, particularly in bulk handling situations.

Hyster Tungsten Carbide—High standard abrasion resistant product. It is often used where the application has no impact force or very slightly impact.

For the normal type which we have mold it takes 7-15  days after receiving the advance payment.

For the non standard which we do not have mold it takes 15-35 days after receiving the advance payment.

2. Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance paid against copy B/L.
