Cr25Ni20: 0.20%-0.30% carbon content, 24%-26% chromium content, 19%-22% nickel content, austenitic alloy, applicable to 1000-1200℃; ZG30Cr5Mo: 0.25-0.35% carbon content, 4.0-6.0% chromium content, 0.2-0.8% molybdenum content, high-temperature strength and wear resistance; High Chromium Cast Iron (HC270): 2.2-2.8% carbon content, 26-28% chromium content, 0.5-1.0% manganese content, excellent wear resistance, applicable to 600-850℃; High Manganese Steel: 1.0-1.4% carbon content, 10-14% manganese content, austenitic steel, work hardening under impact, applicable to 600-800℃.

Features

Excellent high-temperature resistance, can work stably for a long time under 600-1200℃ high-temperature environment, no deformation, oxidation or cracking, maintaining stable mechanical properties. Super wear resistance, able to withstand severe friction and wear from high-temperature materials, solid particles and slurry, reducing replacement frequency. High strength and toughness, dense internal structure after casting and heat treatment, no pores or defects, able to bear high temperature and impact load. Good high-temperature oxidation resistance, effectively preventing surface oxidation and peeling under long-term high-temperature conditions. Customizable specifications and shapes, able to meet the needs of different high-temperature wear equipment and working conditions. Strong adaptability, suitable for various high-temperature wear scenarios in different industries.

Limitations

High-temperature wear-resistant alloy materials have higher production costs than ordinary castings. The casting and heat treatment process is complex, requiring professional equipment and technical team to ensure high-temperature and wear-resistant performance. Welding performance is poor, welding requires special high-temperature welding processes and post-weld heat treatment to avoid cracking. In ultra-high temperature environments (exceeding 1200℃), the service life will be significantly reduced. High chromium cast iron models have relatively low toughness, not suitable for high-impact single-point stress scenarios at high temperatures.
