High Manganese Steel (11%-14% manganese content, 1.0%-1.4% carbon content, austenitic steel); High Chromium Alloy Steel (12%-15% chromium content, 0.8%-1.2% carbon content); 40CrNiMo (0.37%-0.44% carbon content, 0.6%-0.9% manganese content, 1.2%-1.5% nickel content, 0.15%-0.25% molybdenum content); Nickel Hard Alloy (1.8%-2.2% carbon content, 10%-12% chromium content, 3%-5% nickel content), all with excellent wear resistance and toughness.

Features:

Super wear resistance, able to withstand severe friction and wear from hard rocks, ore and other materials during crushing, service life is 3-5 times that of ordinary forgings. Strong impact resistance, after forging and heat treatment, the internal structure is dense, no pores or defects, able to bear high impact load during crusher operation without cracking. High hardness, surface hardness up to HRC55-HRC65, core toughness good, achieving the balance of hardness and toughness. Excellent fatigue resistance, able to work stably for a long time under cyclic impact and wear conditions, not easy to fatigue damage. Customizable specifications and shapes, able to match various types of crushers (jaw crusher, impact crusher, etc.) and their wear parts. Good machinability, easy to process into various crusher spare parts according to drawings.

Limitations:

High wear resistant alloy forgings have higher production costs than ordinary steel forgings, due to high-quality raw materials and complex forging processes. The forging and heat treatment cycle is longer, requiring strict control of temperature and time to ensure performance. Welding performance is relatively poor, welding requires special processes and post-weld heat treatment to avoid cracking and ensure wear resistance. In low-impact, low-stress wear environments, the cost performance is not as high as ordinary wear parts.
