Super wear resistance, able to withstand severe friction and wear from hard rocks, ore and other materials during crushing, service life is 3-5 times that of ordinary forgings. Strong impact resistance, after forging and heat treatment, the internal structure is dense, no pores or defects, able to bear high impact load during crusher operation without cracking. High hardness, surface hardness up to HRC55-HRC65, core toughness good, achieving the balance of hardness and toughness. Excellent fatigue resistance, able to work stably for a long time under cyclic impact and wear conditions, not easy to fatigue damage.
