Features: Excellent hardness (HRC 58-65), far higher than ordinary alloy steel blades. Superior wear resistance, especially suitable for abrasive material crushing, service life is 3-4 times longer than high manganese steel blades. Good corrosion resistance, can adapt to wet and mild corrosive working environments (such as salt-containing ore, chemical raw materials). Stable dimensional accuracy after heat treatment, not easy to deform during long-term high-load operation. Excellent wear resistance under low-impact and high-abrasive conditions.
Limitations: Toughness is slightly lower than high manganese steel blades, not suitable for high-impact crushing of large and hard materials (such as large granite lumps), easy to crack under strong impact. High nickel content leads to higher production cost than ordinary alloy blades. Welding performance is poor, repair requires special welding materials and processes.
