Wear Heat Corrosion Resistant Castings Composition

Cr25Ni20: 0.20%-0.30% carbon content, 24%-26% chromium content, 19%-22% nickel content, austenitic alloy, excellent heat and corrosion resistance, applicable to 1000-1200℃; High Chromium Cast Iron (HC270): 2.2%-2.8% carbon content, 26%-28% chromium content, 0.5%-1.0% manganese content, high wear and corrosion resistance; Cr Mo Ni Alloy Steel (ZG40CrNiMo): 0.37%-0.45% carbon content, 0.8%-1.2% chromium content, 1.2%-1.6% nickel content, 0.2%-0.3% molybdenum content, balanced wear, heat and corrosion resistance; Hastelloy C-276: 0.01%-0.03% carbon content, 14%-16% chromium content, 57%-63% nickel content, 15%-17% molybdenum content, super corrosion and heat resistance, suitable for strong corrosive environments.

Features

Excellent wear resistance, able to withstand severe friction and wear from solid particles, slurry and other media, reducing replacement frequency. High heat resistance, can work stably for a long time under 600-1200℃ high-temperature environment, no deformation, oxidation or cracking. Strong corrosion resistance, able to resist erosion from acid, alkali, salt, high-temperature flue gas and other corrosive media, adapting to harsh chemical and marine environments. Good toughness and strength, able to bear certain impact load while maintaining wear, heat and corrosion resistance. Dense internal structure, no pores or defects, ensuring stable performance and long service life. Customizable specifications and shapes, perfectly matching different harsh environment equipment and working conditions.

Limitations

Multi-performance alloy materials have high production costs, especially super corrosion-resistant alloys (such as Hastelloy). The casting and heat treatment process is complex, requiring professional equipment and technical team. Welding performance is poor, welding requires special processes and post-weld heat treatment to avoid cracking. High chromium cast iron models have relatively low toughness, not suitable for high-impact single-point stress scenarios. Long-term work in ultra-high temperature (exceeding 1200℃) or strong corrosive (concentrated acid/alkali) environments will reduce service life.
