High Manganese Steel (Castings): 10%-14% manganese content, 1.0%-1.4% carbon content, austenitic steel; High Chromium Castings: 12%-28% chromium content, 2.0%-3.5% carbon content, with hard carbide phase; Alloy Steel Forgings: 0.35%-0.65% carbon content, Cr 1.0%-6.0%, Mo 0.2%-1.2%, with dense grain structure.
Excellent wear resistance, able to withstand long-term abrasive wear in industrial environments (ore, clinker, slag). Castings: good adaptability to complex shapes, cost-effective, suitable for parts with irregular structures (mill liners, crusher bowls). Forgings: dense internal structure, high strength and toughness, strong impact resistance, suitable for high-load parts (crusher shafts, connecting rods). Work hardening performance (high manganese steel): surface hardness increases sharply from HB200 to HB500+ under impact, core remains tough. Stable dimension accuracy, long service life, reducing equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
Castings: relatively lower toughness compared with forgings, possible internal porosity if not properly processed. Forgings: higher production cost, difficult to produce ultra-complex shape parts. High chromium castings: high hardness but poor toughness, not suitable for heavy-impact conditions. High manganese steel: poor wear resistance in low-impact, low-stress environments.
Mining industry: crusher parts, mill liners, grinding balls, jaw plates, impact plates. Cement industry: clinker crushing, raw material grinding, cement mill parts. Metallurgy industry: rolling mill parts, ore dressing equipment. Other industries: chemical equipment, heavy machinery, construction machinery wear parts.
