Corrosion-Resistant Castings Composition

Stainless Steel (304): 18%-20% Cr, 8%-12% Ni, ≤0.08% C, austenitic structure with excellent corrosion resistance; Stainless Steel (316L): 16%-18% Cr, 10%-14% Ni, 2%-3% Mo, ≤0.03% C, better corrosion resistance than 304; Nickel-Based Alloy: 50%-70% Ni, Cr 15%-25%, Mo 5%-15%, resistant to strong acids, alkalis and high-temperature corrosion; Hastelloy: High Ni, Cr, Mo content, resistant to almost all organic and inorganic corrosive media.

Features

Excellent corrosion resistance, able to withstand corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, seawater, chemicals and other corrosive media. Good wear resistance and toughness, suitable for harsh industrial environments with both corrosion and wear. Stable chemical properties, no rust or degradation in long-term use, extending equipment service life. Precision casting process ensures accurate dimensions and good surface finish, reducing post-processing workload.
