Mn13 (ZGMn13): 1.0%-1.4% carbon content, 11.0%-14.0% manganese content, austenitic structure, classic work hardening material;

Mn18 (ZGMn18): 1.0%-1.5% carbon content, 16.0%-19.0% manganese content, higher manganese for better toughness, suitable for severe impact conditions;

ZGMn13Cr2: 1.0%-1.4% carbon content, 11.0%-14.0% manganese content, 1.5%-2.5% chromium content, improved wear resistance and toughness.

Excellent work hardening performance, when subjected to strong impact or extrusion, the surface hardness will increase sharply from HB200 to HB500 or more, while the core still maintains good toughness, forming a "hard surface and tough core" structure. High impact toughness, able to withstand severe impact and vibration without breaking, suitable for harsh working environments. Good wear resistance, especially in high-impact, medium-abrasion conditions, significantly extending service life. Stable austenitic structure, no phase transformation during temperature changes, ensuring stable performance in a wide temperature range.

Poor wear resistance in low-impact, low-stress environments, work hardening effect is not obvious, cost higher than ordinary cast steel. Welding performance is poor, welding requires preheating and post-weld heat treatment to avoid cracking. Not suitable for high-temperature environments above 300℃ for a long time, may cause structural changes.
