Custom Alloy Solutions (Wear/Heat/Corrosion Resistance) — Composition

Tailored chemical composition based on application requirements:

  • Cobalt-based series: 40%-60% Co, 20%-30% Cr, 5%-15% W/Mo, 0.5%-1.5% C
  • Nickel-based series: 45%-65% Ni, 18%-28% Cr, 3%-10% Mo, 1%-3% Cu/Nb
  • High-alloy steel series: 0.3%-0.8% C, 12%-25% Cr, 1%-5% Mo, 0.5%-2% Si/Mn
  • Complex alloy: Balanced with W, V, Nb, Ti for composite performance enhancement
Features
  • Triple composite performance: Excellent wear resistance (HRC 40-60), high-temperature stability (up to 600-1000°C), and superior corrosion resistance (acids, alkalis, chlorides, oxidation)
  • Customizable performance: Adjust composition & process to prioritize wear, heat, or corrosion resistance as required
  • High structural strength: Good toughness & creep resistance under high temperature & heavy load
  • Microstructure stability: Resists phase transformation & performance degradation in long-term extreme environments
  • Wide adaptability: Suitable for complex combined conditions of wear, high temperature and corrosion
Limitations
  • Higher material & production cost vs conventional alloys, especially for high-end cobalt/nickel-based alloys
  • Complex custom R&D cycle for special working conditions
  • Higher hardness may reduce machinability; requires professional processing
  • Specific alloys have poor weldability; needs specialized construction
Applicable Scenarios
  • Mining & metallurgy: High-temperature wear parts, crushers, grinding mills, blast furnace components
  • Petrochemical & chemical: Acid/alkali resistant parts, reaction kettles, valves, pipelines
  • Power & cement: Boiler parts, turbine components, kiln wear components
  • Aerospace & marine: High-temperature structural parts, seawater corrosion resistant components
  • Industrial furnaces & energy: High-temperature fixtures, heat exchanger parts
