Customized according to chemical working conditions; Common composition: 16%-22% chromium content, 8%-12% nickel content, 2%-4% molybdenum content, 0.03%-0.08% carbon content, and are high-corrosion-resistant austenitic alloy forgings.

Features:

Excellent corrosion resistance, able to resist corrosion by strong acids, strong alkalis, salts and various chemical media in chemical production. High structural strength and good toughness, able to bear high pressure and high temperature in chemical equipment operation. Customizable design, can be tailored according to the specific size, shape and corrosion resistance requirements of chemical equipment. Excellent wear resistance and high-temperature resistance, suitable for long-term work in harsh chemical working environments (such as chemical reaction kettles, pressure vessels).

Limitations:

High material and forging costs, especially for high-end corrosion-resistant alloys (such as Hastelloy, Titanium Alloy).
