Features:
Ultra-high surface hardness up to HRC 55–65 after special heat treatment. Excellent abrasive wear resistance under high-stress conditions. Good toughness to resist fracture under heavy impact. Stable performance in high-temperature and dusty working environments. Uniform internal structure, no shrinkage or porosity defects.
Limitations:
Relatively high material cost compared with ordinary cast steel. High hardness reduces machinability; mostly used as-cast or finish-machined only. Low toughness under extreme impact overload.
